Microneedling with Sculptra is a cosmetic procedure that combines collagen-inducing microneedling with the biostimulator Sculptra to improve skin texture, firmness, and radiance. By inducing micro-injuries and stimulating deep collagen growth, it addresses fine lines, acne scars, and volume loss, with results appearing gradually over 4–12 weeks and lasting up to two years. Procedure: Microneedling is performed first to create channels in the skin, followed by the application of Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid). Benefits: It enhances overall skin quality, targeting large pores, texture, and fine lines while providing a "glow". Results: Results are gradual, not immediate. Peak collagen stimulation occurs between 6–12 weeks. Sessions: A series of three treatments, spaced about one month apart, is usually recommended for optimal results. Recovery: Patients may experience 24–48 hours of redness or mild tenderness.
