Booking Policy, Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment-Only Service
All treatments and consultations are by appointment only. Bookings must be made in advance via our online booking system, or by calling/WhatsApping us at +248 280 4100. Each booked time slot is strictly reserved for one (1) person only.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellation Window
We operate on a strict 3-hour notice policy for cancellations and rescheduling. You may cancel or change your appointment up to three (3) hours prior to your scheduled time without penalty. Changes can be made directly through your online booking account, or by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp at +248 280 4100.
3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before your appointment, or failure to arrive for your scheduled session (No-Show), may result in a cancellation fee, forfeiture of a package session, or the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings, at the sole discretion of LUNA LTD.
Terms & Conditions: Vouchers, Coupons and Packages
As a small business, these terms ensure clarity, sustainability, and fairness for all clients. By purchasing a voucher, coupon, or package, you fully agree to the following terms:
1. Validity & Expiration Period
Every voucher, promotional coupon, and treatment package is valid for exactly six (6) months from the chronological date of purchase. Upon the expiration of this 6-month period, any unused value, credit, or sessions will automatically become void, non-redeemable, and permanently expired.
2. Personal Use Only (Non-Transferable)
All vouchers, coupons, and packages are strictly non-transferable. They are tied exclusively to the named recipient or account holder to whom they were originally issued and cannot be shared, split, or utilized by any third party.
3. Treatment Packages (Loyality Card)
Pre-purchased treatment packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Sessions within a package are locked exclusively to the specific, designated service for which they were purchased. Package sessions cannot be exchanged, swapped, or converted for use toward any other treatment or product category.
4. Monetary Vouchers
Vouchers that represent a fixed monetary amount (and do not specify a pre-defined service) may be applied as credit toward any active treatment or service offered by Luna Aesthetic Seychelles, subject to availability.
5. Strict No-Refund Policy
All sales of vouchers, coupons, and treatment packages are final. LUNA LTD enforces a strict no-refund policy; under no circumstances will cash refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks be issued for unused, partially used, or expired vouchers, coupons, or packages.
Treatment Guarantee & Liability Limitation
At LUNA LTD, we aim for the highest hygienic & aesthetic standards, using the best quality products. We back our aesthetic procedures (such as wrinkle-relaxing or lip treatments) with the following specific guarantee:
1. Strict 30-Day Window for Evaluation and Treatment
If you believe an aesthetic treatment has not achieved its intended effect, you must formally notify us and complete any necessary corrective treatment within exactly thirty (30) calendar days from the original treatment date. If the corrective treatment is not performed within this 30-day window, the guarantee completely expires and becomes void.
2. Mandatory Assessment
Before any corrective action is approved, you must attend a mandatory in-person evaluation at our aesthetic studio. Our practitioners will thoroughly examine the treated area, review clinical before-and-after photographs, and assess the physiological outcome.
3. Resolution for Justified Claims
If, following our internal assessment, we determine that the issue is due to a procedural or application error on our part, LUNA LTD will repeat the exact same treatment free of charge to rectify the result, provided it is completed within the 30-calendar-day timeframe.
4. Exclusion of Refunds
This guarantee is strictly limited to a one-time repeat of the original treatment within the valid timeframe. LUNA LTD does not offer, under any circumstances, cash refunds, financial compensation, or alternative credit as a resolution for unsatisfied aesthetic results.
